GOHBA Announces Nominees for Special Achievement Awards 2023

OTTAWA - The Greater Ottawa Home Builders Association is pleased to announce the nominees for the prestigious Special Achievement Awards, recognizing outstanding contributions and excellence in the local home building community. The nominees for the following awards have been selected based on their exemplary performance and dedication:
- Colonel Boss Award - GOHBA Member of the Year:
- Anita Nurray (All Things Home)
- Roy Nandram (RND Construction)
- David Renfroe (Renfroe Land Management)
- Kevin Yemm (Richcraft Homes Ltd)
This award is presented annually to an individual for outstanding dedication and service to the association.
- Fred Nielsen Award – GOHBA Company of the Year:
- Amsted Design-Build
- Laurysen Kitchens Ltd
- Novatech
- RJ Hill Architect
- Soloway Wright
This award is presented annually to a company that has made an outstanding and lasting contribution to the association and to the housing industry in Ottawa.
- Honourary Membership:
- Giuseppe Castrucci (Laurysen Kitchens Ltd)
- Barry Hobin (Hobin Architecture Inc)
Honourary Membership is bestowed upon on any person, firm, association or corporation in recognition of exceptional and meritorious service to the residential construction industry.
The winners of these prestigious awards will be announced during the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at St. Elias Banquet Centre. The Gala promises to be a night of celebration, recognizing the outstanding achievements and contributions of these nominees.
